Physiological Process of Aging

Aging is a physiological process. The process aging in humans starts immediately after birth. The first change that can be noted is the physical growth such as height.

The other important change is the growing of teeth i.e. the upper incisor. The muscle growth can be easily identified since the growth of a baby is watched with lot of expectations and love. The other changes that can be noticed in the child are movements of the child and developing of the muscles. The second noticeable change occurs in the adolescence period. In this period the growth of humans differs between boys and girls. The girls attain puberty well before the boys do. In the adolescence period the starting of pimples occurs in the human. In the twenties, the wrinkles in the face start occurring both in men and women. This can be controlled in the human by using proper creams or cleaning the face properly.
After mid thirties the people start putting weight in the abdominal region due to the lack of exercises and improper diet. Also in the forties most people are subjected bifocal problems i.e. astigmatism. In this period of life human starts developing the problems such as diabetes, blood pressure. These are more common on the people of this age group. In the fifties the wrinkles that are forming in the face increases rapidly leading to aged look. This aged look can be prevented till the age of sixties, if the person has proper diet and exercise. After sixties, the skin becomes loosened and the lines in the skins in this stage cannot be controlled by any creams.
